One executive commitment. A changing enterprise keeps testing whether it still holds. EKSTROPI turns that movement into a current, interrogable position.

EKSTROPI resolves Finance, Technology, Delivery, People, Operations and Governance against the same commitment — then translates that governed reality into the consequence language of the executive looking at it.
ESI compresses the admitted enterprise reality against the commitment, then Vantage explains the consequence in executive language. The score tells you where to look. The governed basis tells you why.
Not a dashboard average. A governed executive reading of how the current evidence supports the commitment.
It breaks down into seven named components across the approved budget horizon. Supplier extension is the largest component at +€306k; parallel operation adds +€138k; remediation, knowledge transfer, certification and travel/other add the remainder, partly offset by a −€68k reserve release.
Because the answer is governed, numerator, denominator, time horizon and the distinction between accrued cost and forecast variance remain explicit.
Parallax keeps the answer subordinate to the governed basis. Evidence used in the answer remains distinguishable from related context, unproved claims and excluded material.

Helm exposes the governed journey behind the accepted answer: question and context, governed discovery, answer production, independent examination, settlement, proof and continuation.
Cognition proposes. Governance admits.

OBS6 establishes a new governed observation, but no decision-relevant evidence changed across OBS5 → OBS6. The executive reading therefore carries forward rather than being theatrically rewritten.

EKSTROPI is not four disconnected tools. Each experience is another depth into the same governed enterprise reality — from executive position, to interrogation, to proof, to operational custody.

Something changed. That does not mean your position should. EKSTROPI separates activity from evidence, consequence and actual commitment movement.

EKSTROPI does not promote metric movement directly into programme meaning. It preserves the distinctions that real programmes require—including governed qualitative evidence and attributed testimony where formal reporting does not capture reality.
What happened in the enterprise: delivery, technical change, decisions, incidents, conversations and operational work.
What can be admitted as a governed basis, quantitative or qualitative, with source and context intact.
What the evidence establishes. Observation is not automatically a finding.
Whether the finding actually changes what the enterprise can credibly commit to.
The current governed reading: where we stand, why, what changed and what requires judgment.
It connects what each ceremony knows. Finance, security, delivery, architecture, suppliers, risk and the board continue to operate in their own languages and cadences—while EKSTROPI preserves the continuously governed reality between them.

EKSTROPI is useful where multiple functions, evidence streams and executive commitments intersect—and where being late to the real position is expensive.
Situation. Many workstreams report progress, while dependencies and executive commitments move at different speeds.
EKSTROPI sees. Which observations are consequential, what crosses domains, and whether the commitment still holds.
Situation. A departing team, concentrated knowledge, hidden runtime dependencies and incomplete transfer create operational risk.
EKSTROPI sees. Transfer readiness, dependency concentration, alternative routes and what remains unproved.
Situation. Activity is high, reporting remains optimistic, but the commitment is drifting.
EKSTROPI sees. The difference between activity, evidence, findings and real commitment movement.
Situation. Operational and technical movement creates forecast variance, delay scenarios and opportunity cost.
EKSTROPI sees. Financial consequence connected to the enterprise events and assumptions that produced it.
Situation. Findings, obligations, remediation actions and delivery reality live in separate systems and forums.
EKSTROPI sees. Whether evidence supports closure, where dependencies remain, and what is still only asserted.
Situation. Two operating realities collide: systems, suppliers, people, commitments and financial assumptions.
EKSTROPI sees. Cross-plane dependencies and the movement of integration commitments over time.
The same evidence should answer different legitimate questions without fragmenting enterprise truth. Each role gets a projection appropriate to its responsibility and can descend into the same governed basis.
Commitment, current position, direction, material changes, exposure, decisions and what changed since the last governed epoch.
Runtime resilience, technical dependency, knowledge concentration, handover readiness and alternative routes.
Exposure, variance, opportunity cost, scenario consequence, assumptions and confidence in the financial reading.
Consequential change, execution readiness, cross-domain dependencies, intervention and governed progression.
Current position, confidence, decision basis, what remains unproved and what would justify changing the position.
Nexus gives EKSTROPI temporal cognition and executive memory. A frozen product view does not freeze reality. Prior positions remain inspectable as they were known then while admitted change progresses the enterprise to its next governed state.
An earlier governed position remains intact, with its then-known evidence and decisions.
New information joins without silently rewriting what the enterprise knew before.
The current governed reality before the newly admitted movement.
What changed is separated from what merely happened. Consequence is examined before progression.
The enterprise moved. The position kept pace. Institutional continuity remains enterprise-owned.
